This is a premium personalised experience crafted around your story,  your vibe, and your dream ceremony. From getting to know your relationship, to writing a bespoke script based on your journey, this is the ceremony that feels like you from start to finish. 

This ceremony will run for approximately 15 – 30 minutes depending on the script. Included in my costing is everything you require to make your wedding official. But more than that, I will work with you to get to know you both, so the ceremony is warm, heartfelt and sincere. I will explain to you the order of the ceremony, and I will guide you through the entire process so that the ceremony runs smoothly on the day.

 

• Face to face consultation: Via zoom or a meet-up with a coffee, whichever suits, to get to know each other and get a feel for your expectations. This will also help me to write a heartfelt script from experience.

• Custom Ceremony Script: A unique script written from scratch, featuring your personal 'love story' tailored to your preferred tone (e.g., romantic, casual or traditional). I will work with you to edit the script, however many times we need, to ensure it is exactly what you envision.

• Unlimited Consultations: Ongoing support via phone, email and or zoom to ensure every detail has been refined. All the pre-ceremony documents to be filled in with you face to face, or by zoom.

• Full Legal Management: Preparation and lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at least one month prior, and registration of the marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages.

• Equipment and Styling: Use of a professional PA system with wireless microphone.

• Marriage Certificates: Official Marriage Certificates and a special keepsake Commemorative Marriage Certificate (FORM 15), presented at the ceremony. Submission of the official documents to Births Deaths and Marriages and your subsequent certified Mail registration document posted to you within 14 days ($65.00, included).

• Travel Included: Free travel within 25 km.

 

*A full run-through at your venue to coordinate with the wedding party and other vendors within 25 kilometres radius can be added at an extra cost of $250.00 ex GST.
